Mindy graduated from Belmont University with a degree in
Business Administration. After 6 years of experience in the
music industry, Mindy decided to transition into real
estate. She began her new career with the Baird Team in
June of 2006. Mindy has lived in Nashville for 14 years and
has just settled into a new home in Newsom Station, TN with
her husband Phil and their border collie Meg.
Originally from
California, Alicia and her husband moved here in 2005
in pursuit of adventure but found their new home. Moving
across the country has given her a unique perspective on the
relocation process. She first hand understands her buyer’s

have over 20 years combined experience in the real estate sales
and marketing industry. Kimber began her real estate career
as a sales and listing agent for custom homebuilders in the
Washington, DC and surrounding areas. Katie received a
degree in interior design at The University of Tennessee
in Chattanooga and had a successful design career. Katie
and Kimber were brought together while working on a condominium
conversion project in Nashville, Katie as the construction
manager and sales representative and Kimber as a sales
and leasing consultant. The project was such a success
that it sold out an entire year earlier than anticipated.
