More and more buyers are flocking to the internet to search for new homes.  Whether the buyer is relocating from out of town or just upgrading locally, the first place buyers are looking is the internet.  Your benefit is that the buyer will see your development first. Also, more exposure to your development will turn more homes in a shorter period of time.   By attracting more buyers you will have more offers to choose from. This will allow you to select only the best offers and turn away those "not so sure" offers, thus, more than likely, increasing your dollar per square foot return by selecting the cream of the crop.
